This Big Sky, Montana lodge stands out among other because they are warm and comfy lodge accommodations, not your ordinary hotel accommodations. From a private historic cabin to a cozy room with a fireplace, each are decorated in a Western motif with log walls and windows to see those vista views from your warm, toasty bed. Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or as soon as the room becomes available. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. In order to accommodate our incoming guests, we would appreciate guests honoring the checking out time. Late check-outs that have not been pre-arranged will be charged a late fee of 50% of the nightly room rate.

Deposit

50% of each night's stay is necessary to hold your reservation and should be paid by credit card or check at the time you make the reservation.

Cancellation

The deposit is fully refundable less a $15.00 cancellation fee if you cancel 30 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 29 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. For a minimal fee you can purchase traveler's insurance to cover cancellation fees should something unforeseen happen and you need to cancel or delay your trip.

Pet Policy

The 320 Guest Ranch does allow pets. There is a $25/day fee per pet. You are required to keep your pet leashed and under control at all times for the safety of your pet and all 320 Ranch guests.

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping Department will supply fresh towels daily and fresh linens every fifth day.
